Located south of Divonne-les-Bains, Grilly is a small village of 860 inhabitants nicknamed the Grillerand. The town has a rich built heritage including the Château de Grilly, the Château de la Tour, the Saint-Benoît church and the Grilly bridge, which once linked Gex to the port of Coppet. The town benefits from a very rural and green environment, and the Mont Mourex which overlooks it offers an exceptional panorama of Lake Geneva and the Alps. The housing supply is mainly made up of houses, as they represent 71.5% of the housing stock. The average income declared per household of the Grillerands is even higher than that of the Divonnais : €48,590 for Grilly versus €43,030 for Divonne.
